What You Bring
- Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in at least one of DC, MD, or VA; willing and able to cross-license
- Eligible for DEA registration in DC, MD, and VA without restriction.
- Active NPI number
- Experience in direct clinical care
- 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
- Prior clinical leadership or supervision experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Strong performance management and data-driven mindset
- An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as the clinical and operational lead for psychiatric providers in your market. This hybrid role includes ~10–16 hours/week of patient care, with the remainder focused on leading, coaching, and developing PMHNPs and PAs.
This position will be hybrid and require some in person presence at our centers in market (Frederick, MD, Gaithersburg, MD, Washington D.C., Tysons Corner, VA and Ballston, VA)
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care (in-person + telehealth)
- Supervise and coach psychiatric clinicians
- Drive performance (quality, utilization, patient outcomes)
- Lead onboarding, chart reviews, and performance management
- Partner with therapy leadership to support integrated care
- Implement clinical standards, workflows, and best practices
