Strengthening Clinical Leadership and Elevating Collaborative Mental Health Care
December 2, 2025 – SOL Mental Health is pleased to announce its new vice president of therapy and integrated care, Ruby Mehta, who will bring continued focus to delivering superior clinical and therapeutic care to patients.
“Ruby is a clinical and operational leader, deeply committed to transforming lives through effective mental health treatment, inspired in part by personal experience and a belief in recovery and resilience,” said CEO of SOL Mental Health, Lindsay Arnold Sugden.
As VP of Therapy & Integrated Care, Ruby will focus on supporting the success and development of our therapy team and ensuring that therapists and psychiatric clinicians are aligned, supported, and empowered to provide exceptional care. She will also help advance the integrated care partnerships that distinguish the patient experience at SOL.
For more than 10 years, Ruby worked as a community-based therapist, managed a private practice, served as clinical director of a recovery-based platform, and most recently led behavioral health at Cityblock Health, an integrated provider of primary and behavioral health care.
Ruby received a Master of Social Work at New York University and an MBA from Stanford University.
