As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), my work centers on helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My Approach to Care

At the heart of our work together is a space that is safe, supportive, and entirely nonjudgmental. My approach is collaborative and patient-centered, shaped by the belief that lasting change happens when you feel genuinely seen and understood.

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, we'll build insight, develop coping skills, and create progress that holds. Every person brings a unique story and set of goals, so the direction of our sessions is always tailored to what matters most to you. My style is warm, honest, and grounded, and my commitment is to meet you where you are every step of the way.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My path to this work grew from a deep desire to help people feel seen, heard, and understood, especially in the moments when life feels most overwhelming. That purpose led to the creation of Because You Matter Mental Health Counseling, a center rooted in compassion, growth, and the belief that every person deserves meaningful support.

To each session in my practice now at SOL Mental Health, I bring a genuine, relatable, and grounded presence so that you feel comfortable being yourself while working toward the progress you deserve.

Personal Interests

Outside of the therapy room, I find joy and balance in the everyday things that matter. Spending time with my dogs, traveling, cooking, and exploring new restaurants are some of my favorite ways to recharge. A devoted fan of Marvel and Harry Potter, I also value the quiet moments that allow for rest and reconnection. That same sense of balance and intentional living is something I'm glad to help you cultivate in your own life.
