As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I provide mental health treatment for adolescents ages 14 and older and adults, helping you navigate anxiety, depression, mood disorders, attention concerns, stress, and other mental health challenges. Compassionate, warm, and patient-centered care is central to my work, allowing me to be a supportive and collaborative partner in your mental health journey. I look forward to helping you feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work together.
I’m passionate about helping you feel seen, understand your struggles, and find a treatment plan that supports greater stability and quality of life. We achieve this together in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment that incorporates psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized mental health care. At all times, I ensure a collaborative, compassionate, straightforward, and evidence-based approach tailored to your needs, concerns, and goals while you build healthy coping skills and improve daily functioning.
My path to becoming a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner grew from a desire to better understand and support people facing mental health challenges. That desire strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, respectful, and individualized care. Now, I bring a calm, understanding, and nonjudgmental perspective to each visit so you can feel comfortable being open about your concerns and involved in your treatment.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, trying new foods, and finding ways to relax and recharge. I also enjoy learning new things and focusing on personal growth and wellness.
