With more than four years of experience in private practice and state-contracted non-profit settings, I provide individual therapy to adults and adolescents, both in person and virtually. Having navigated my own personal and parenting challenges, I bring humility and authenticity to this work, and I see struggle as space for growth, learning, and discovery.
My clinical approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and family systems therapy, which I use to support parents with skill development and behavior management, strengthen emotional regulation and connection, and help you build sustainable systems of support. Creativity and self-expression are also powerful tools I draw on for connection and healing.
My work is deeply rooted in family systems and multidisciplinary collaboration, as I value working within the context of your family and broader support networks, because meaningful progress happens when care is coordinated and holistic. Persistence, clear communication, patience, and problem-solving skills guide that work, helping families break generational patterns and create individualized action plans.
Across both private practice and state-contracted non-profit settings, in person and virtual, the purpose behind my work has remained the same: offering you thoughtful, individualized support through collaborative, patient-centered care.
I'm a mother of two and a beginner gym enthusiast, who loves plants, nature, and the arts.
