Here to Help You Heal

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker and Clinical Candidate with over a decade of experience supporting adolescents and adults through a trauma-informed and strength-based lens. My goal is to provide a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported as you navigate your mental health journey.

I specialize in life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I love helping individuals build practical coping skills that work for them, while deepening insight into how the mind and body are intrinsically connected, and how to regulate in times of stress. Together, we will work to untangle the patterns that no longer serve you and cultivate tools that foster resilience and emotional balance.

My Approach to Care

My style is supportive and authentic, with a touch of humor when appropriate, and adapted to your hopes and goals. I believe healing happens when you feel safe to show up as you are—and empowered to move toward who you want to become. No one should have to carry their pain alone, and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you rediscover hope, strength, and possibility.

I believe in practicing radical empathy and acceptance, which helps me be a therapist who believes in hope and healing – because I have experienced it. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and somatic techniques.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My path to becoming a therapist began with my own intensive mental health journey in my 20s. Having survived a traumatic upbringing, I knew I needed serious healing and additional coping skills to build the life I wanted. These personal experiences deepened my commitment to pursuing a career in mental health and fueled my dedication to providing a holistic and deeply empathic approach to helping others heal. In my practice, I bring a humble and nonjudgmental perspective to each session, knowing that we all need help on our life journeys.

Personal Interests

When I’m not in the office I’m spending time with my favorite people. Nature is my sanctuary. I enjoy doing anything beautiful CO has to offer including walks with my dog, hiking, skiing, attending live music concerts and learning about plants and animals. I’m almost always listening to podcasts or music, and I love playing board games with friends. Most of all, I love dogs, especially my sweet and sassy senior dog, Layla!
