Here to Help You Heal

As a mental health counselor, I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, suicidal ideation, self-esteem challenges, family conflict, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and life transitions. No matter what you’re struggling with, I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel heard and understood. My goal is to be a compassionate, collaborative therapist as we work through challenges together, and I look forward to helping you build on your strengths and work toward meaningful change.

My Approach to Care

I'm passionate about creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. To do that, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and person-centered approaches to help you better manage your emotions and navigate challenges, tailoring my approach to your unique experiences and goals. I also incorporate art and play-based interventions to support your self-expression and engagement.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My path to becoming a therapist began with working in case management at a nonprofit organization, supporting individuals living with severe mental health challenges and co-occurring substance use in a community residence setting. That experience deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered, trauma-informed care, and it's why I bring empathy and curiosity about your unique experience to every session.

Personal Interests

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy baking, spending time with my family and cats, trying new recipes, and exploring new restaurants and cuisines. I also make time for self-care to recharge.
