Here to Help You Heal

With seven years of experience across human services and a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) credential, I specialize in bridging evidence-based skill building (CBT, DBT, and ERP) with relational, depth-oriented therapies (IFS, attachment, existential, and play-based approaches) for adults, couples, and children seeking whole-person mental health care. I work with you as an individual, or alongside your partner or family, to help you navigate behavioral challenges, intrusive or unhelpful thoughts, OCD, addiction, depression, anxiety, and disordered eating. Complex relationship dynamics, attachment patterns, and major lifestyle shifts are also part of the work we do together, alongside space for deeper identity exploration and existential meaning-making.

I believe true healing begins when we bravely honor every part of ourselves, especially those we've learned to hide or push away. Because our identities are rich tapestries woven from our families, cultures, and lived experiences, I show up as a steady, curious, and collaborative partner rather than an authority figure. It is a genuine privilege to walk alongside you, supporting your self-discovery and witnessing your movement toward deep passion, purpose, and health.

My Approach to Care

I'm passionate about demystifying therapy to create accessible, human-centered care where you feel genuinely seen, held, and empowered. That care is collaborative, curious, and holistic, in a steady, receptive environment where no part of your story, or your child's, is "too much," and where your body's innate drive for healing is fully supported.

Whether working with children, teens, or adults, I blend play-informed exploration, reflective inquiry, and present-moment awareness to help uncover underlying patterns, deepen self-compassion, and practice healthier ways of relating. My style is supportive and scaffolding-focused, tailoring every step to your unique developmental needs, lived context, and personal strengths.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My path to practicing therapy began with an early reckoning with suffering, both my own and that of those around me, which ignited a passion for understanding the full spectrum of the human condition. Years of serving patients across diverse settings expanded my commitment to providing care that heals individual, collective, and intergenerational wounds. To each session, I bring an unwavering comfort with life's hardest realities, an avidly curious mind, and a direct, humorous nature that keeps our work grounded, human, and real.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, I love spending as much time outdoors as possible, whether trail running, camping, or snowboarding. I’m also deeply passionate about creativity and visual art; I spend much of my free time working with paint and finding recycled materials to build decorative and functional pieces. Recently, I began learning music production and piano, which has been a fun and rewarding creative challenge!
