Here to Help You Heal

If you’re a self-aware adult navigating anxiety, depression, disordered eating, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), existential and spiritual questioning, or life transitions, I’m here to help. I’m a pre-licensed clinical social worker and parts-work therapist specializing in complex trauma and eating disorders for adults.

Care with me is grounded in integrity and authenticity, ensuring genuine support for meaningful growth. I look forward to the healing journey in our work together.

My Approach to Care

I'm passionate about connecting others with their internal world to create a felt sense of relief. We achieve this together through Parts-Work (also known as Internal Family Systems) and Mindfulness-based strategies to help you gently process complex traumatic experiences and increase your emotional regulation.

At all times, my approach is friendly, direct, and experiential, in a warm, open, nonjudgmental and sometimes humorous environment. Care is tailored to your goals and unique experiences for a truly person-centered experience.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

I realized I wanted to be a therapist after graduating college with a pre-med degree and an ensuing existential crisis when I finally came to terms with the fact that there was really no other option for me than helping others. I think that people – their motivations, experiences, and potential – are captivating, and there is no greater honor to me than being trusted by my clients and helping people to feel better.

This realization was also fueled by my work as a mental health technician at a residential treatment center for those with eating disorders. There, I was lucky enough to be part of clients' healing processes by bringing encouragement, inspiration, knowledge, and care to my work. I continue to bring to bring these qualities to each session today.

Personal Interests

My hobbies include reading for pleasure and taking my dogs, a chihuahua mix and a pug, on hikes. Playing basketball, doing yoga, weightlifting, and listening to live music are on the list too!
