Taking the first step toward support is something to be proud of, and you don't have to take it alone. I’m dedicated to helping adults and older adolescents navigate life's mental and emotional challenges, including stress management, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, perfectionism, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders.
Whether you're in the midst of a difficult season or simply searching for more balance and clarity, I look forward to being a part of your journey while ensuring genuine care and investment. Together, we'll work toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
Healing looks different for everyone, and that belief shapes every aspect of how care is delivered. Drawing from theoretical frameworks like person-centered, emotionally focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), my approach is rooted in warmth, acceptance and humility, and genuine connection, recognizing that you are the expert of your own life and experience. As such, sessions are guided by curiosity and collaboration in order to tailor treatment to fit your unique needs, situation, and goals.
In our time together, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where you are met with openness and care. We'll explore ways to strengthen your ability to navigate difficult moments, deepen self-compassion, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
A lifelong curiosity about the human mind sparked my path toward therapy, while a love for psychology that began in high school grew into a deeper calling: a career built around helping others. Counseling became the place where that passion truly came to life, bringing together both purpose and meaning in a way that continues to inspire my work every day.
Outside of the counseling room, staying connected and creative brings balance and joy. Time spent with friends and family, getting active through exercise, dancing, and recreational sports, and creative pursuits like playing piano, drawing, and painting all contribute to a full and grounded life.
I also hold a deep commitment to disability advocacy. Previous experience in disability services continues to inform and enrich my counseling work, reflecting a belief that compassionate, inclusive care makes a meaningful difference for every person who walks through the door.
