I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who supports children, adolescents, young adults, and adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, life transitions, family challenges, and more. Authenticity and acceptance guide my approach, allowing me to be supportive, respectful of your individual experience, and compassionate.
I look forward to working alongside you to find what’s most helpful. Together we'll create a connection where you feel understood, able to find confidence in yourself, and equipped with the tools to navigate life's challenges.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT) ground my work, connecting with people facing a range of mental health challenges to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, develop effective coping skills, and feel more confident navigating challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and genuine, as creating a safe, welcoming space matters to me, one where you feel understood and empowered to create meaningful change in your life. That safety comes from a supportive, nonjudgmental environment paired with a style that's engaging and empowering, tailored to your unique needs.
My path to becoming a therapist began with a genuine interest in understanding people and building strong connections with others. Working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in both school and partial hospitalization settings showed me how important it is to create a space where people feel understood while also learning practical skills they can carry with them outside of therapy. This experience deepened my commitment to providing warm, individualized, and evidence-based care with openness, empathy, and an individualized perspective.
In my free time, I love going for walks, working out, dancing, spending time with friends, and discovering new restaurants around NYC!
