As a clinical therapist, I work with young adults and adults navigating experiences such as anxiety, self-criticism, mood shifts and disorders, emotional regulation, grief, relational and identity issues, interpersonal stress, and a range of related concerns.

Together, we strengthen boundaries, deepen connection, and develop greater self-compassion. I utilize a strengths-based approach to work toward growth that feels aligned with your values and sustainable over time. A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by navigating mental health challenges in my own life, and strengthened through years of hospital-based and community mental health care. Working closely with patients and families strengthened my respect for the complexity and vulnerability of this process and reinforced my commitment to grounded, compassionate support. In my practice now, I use these unique perspectives to bring a calm presence, humility, and deep respect for the courage it takes to pursue change.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, I keep myself balanced in mind, body, and spirit by going for walks, listening to music, trying new recipes, and spending time with friends!
