As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a decade of experience, my work is rooted in helping women navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional freedom. Specializing in women's wellness, identity exploration, relationship dynamics, and adult mental health, I'm here to support you through life transitions, help you understand your dating patterns, and strengthen your capacity for mood and emotion regulation. 

What drives my practice is a deep belief in the mind-body-spirit connection as a foundation for holistic healing. Whether you're in the midst of a major life change or simply trying to understand yourself more fully, my goal is to help you build insight, emotional clarity, and the confidence to live in alignment with who you truly are. I believe that within a safe, authentic therapeutic relationship, real growth becomes possible, and I look forward to being an honest, supportive partner in yours. 

 

My Approach to Care 

You are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you access the tools and awareness that allow you to move through it with greater ease and intention. We achieve this through a collaborative, compassionate, and culturally responsive approach to care.  

In our sessions together, you can expect my full presence and genuine engagement with your story. Drawing from an integrative framework that includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment theory, I work with you to increase self-insight, balance competing truths, and honor your growth at a pace that feels right for you. 

 

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care 

For as long as I can remember, I've been attuned to emotions, drawn to intuitive thinking, and deeply invested in the well-being of the people around me. These qualities didn't just shape who I am; they guided me toward a career in therapy. Every experience along the way deepened my commitment to creating a space where patients feel genuinely seen, empowered, and supported. 

To every session in my practice now, I bring an authentic curiosity and a sincere sensitivity to your experience. It's not just a professional commitment — it's a personal one. 

 

Personal Interests 

Outside of the therapy room, I find joy in the everyday and the adventurous alike. My dog, Chai, is a constant companion and source of delight. Traveling the world, recreating restaurant recipes at home, reading, and exploring my creativity keep my mind engaged and inspired. Spiritual practices and time spent in nature help me stay connected to the same mind-body-spirit values I bring into my work. Staying active and intentionally nurturing relationships with family and friends round out a life I'm grateful to be living.
