As a clinical social worker with five years of experience, I help youth, young adults, and families confidently navigate behavioral challenges, anxiety, and dysregulation, building the communication and confidence they need to handle whatever comes next. Trust is essential to a positive therapeutic relationship, and I'm committed to building that ethically with every patient I work with. I look forward to learning more about you and taking on day-to-day discomforts together – as a team!
I specialize in behavioral and cognitive interventions, primarily using a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) approach with elements of motivational interviewing and art therapy. This style is strength-based, concrete, and focused on problem-solving. Accountability, physical tools, and building healthy structure and routine are central to how I work, and I believe they are essential for growth.
When working with me, you can expect a welcoming but intentional environment. I approach every patient with curiosity and a genuine intention to understand them. Collaboration drives my style: together, we'll focus on identifying what change matters most to you, and work toward the goals that move you closer to it.
My path to becoming a therapist began with my own experiences in academic environments and my need for intervention due to dyslexia. After the support I received, I felt called to do the same for others, and I've brought that same desire to empower directly into my work.
I enjoy pickling, playing frisbee, taking walks in the park, and spending time with friends and family.
