Here to Help You Heal

As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I specialize in personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care for adolescents and adults. Through comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and individualized treatment planning, I help patients navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health concerns.

If you're seeking symptom relief, improved daily functioning, or a better quality of life overall, I'm here to help you get there. My goal is to partner with you to better understand your mental health and develop a treatment approach that truly supports your life. Plans are built around your unique needs and goals, because that's what compassionate, patient-centered care looks like in practice.

Whether this is your first time seeking support or you're continuing your mental health journey, I look forward to working together toward improved well-being, greater balance, and a higher quality of life.

My Approach to Care

Effective mental health care begins with listening carefully and understanding the whole person. That belief shapes everything I do, from comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management to ongoing treatment planning tailored to you. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, and every plan I develop is both clinically sound and aligned with your values and priorities.

Working together, you can expect a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where your concerns are heard and valued. My style is warm and collaborative — I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, actively participating in your treatment decisions, and walking away with a clear understanding of your care plan. Your experiences, goals, and circumstances are unique to you, and your treatment reflects that.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

I chose to pursue a career in psychiatry because I believe that mental health care has the power to transform lives. I also know that taking the step to seek help can feel overwhelming, and hold that knowledge with care. That’s why my commitment is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout your treatment journey.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, I find real joy in the everyday things: spending time with my family, traveling, exploring new restaurants, staying active, and making time for wellness and self-care.
