Here to Help You Heal

Whether you're feeling stuck in a difficult life transition, uncertain about how to move forward in a relationship, or simply searching for a greater sense of balance and confidence, I'm here to help you find your footing. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in depression, self-esteem, family dynamics, and relationship challenges for teens and adults.

My work is grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and meaningful change. The patients I work with often arrive feeling overwhelmed or unsure of where to start, and what they're looking for is a space where they can feel genuinely heard, make sense of what they're experiencing, and begin building the confidence and skills to move forward. Together, we'll work toward stronger relationships, healthier coping strategies, a greater sense of fulfillment, and a deeper sense of emotional well-being.

With me, you can always count on a collaborative partnership. I meet each person where they are, without judgment, and stay committed to the goals that matter most to you.

My Approach to Care

At the heart of my work is a genuine belief in every person's strengths and a commitment to helping you recognize and build on them. Too often, people arrive in therapy focused on what isn't working. My role is to help shift that lens, to create the conditions where growth feels possible and where you leave sessions with real, practical tools for navigating your life.

That belief shapes everything about how I work with you. Sessions are warm, structured, and collaborative, informed by evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strengths-based techniques. CBT helps us examine the thoughts and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while a strengths-based lens keeps the focus on what you're capable of, not just what's hard. Together, these approaches support greater self-awareness, improved coping skills, and a more grounded sense of self.

No two people bring the same experiences or goals into the room, and my approach reflects that. I tailor the work to fit your needs, your pace, and what you're working toward so that our time together feels both meaningful and genuinely yours.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My path to becoming a therapist began with a deep passion for understanding people and helping them move through difficulties with resilience. That passion, paired with both personal and professional experiences over time, brought me to a clear conviction: everyone deserves a safe, supportive space where they can process what they're carrying without fear of judgment.

Witnessing firsthand how much it matters to have that kind of support during life's harder seasons deepened my commitment to this work. It also shaped the kind of therapist I've become, one who shows up with empathy and authenticity, and who holds a genuine belief in each person's capacity to grow and heal.

Personal Interests

I'm an avid reader and find real pleasure in getting lost in a good book. Staying active is important to me, and I enjoy exercise as a way to recharge and stay grounded. Weekends often find me at farmers markets or wandering into local businesses.
