Specializing in trauma-informed, person-centered therapy for early childhood populations, teens, and adults, I help children, families, and individuals navigate life transitions, relationship difficulties, anxiety, attachment concerns, depression, trauma, and stress. Together, we work to build emotional regulation skills, strengthen relationships, foster resilience, and create meaningful change that supports your overall well-being and personal goals.
Empathetic, patient-centered practice is central to how I work, helping me be a trusted, supportive, and responsive partner to you. My studies in Human Development and Health and Wellness deepened my belief in the power of connection and the importance of caring for our overall well-being, values that continue to shape my work today. Creating a space where you feel heard, valued, and understood matters deeply to me, and I look forward to supporting you as you navigate life's challenges, build on your strengths, and work toward improved well-being and growth.
My work centers on young children, families, and individuals seeking support with emotional regulation and overall well-being, and my specialized training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) allows me to bring a curious, compassionate, and collaborative approach to care. Creating a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful goals that reflect your values and life vision is something I care about deeply.
Together, we create a warm, compassionate, and collaborative environment where I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and other evidence-based techniques to help you reflect on your experiences, better understand patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and relationships, and create a pathway toward meaningful change. My style is reflective, curious, and engaging, and I tailor my approach to your unique needs, goals, and life experiences to create an individualized therapeutic environment that supports healing, growth, resilience, and overall well-being.
My path to becoming a therapist started at an early age, when I was often the friend people turned to when they needed support, advice, or simply someone to listen. I found great meaning in being there for others and creating a space where people felt safe, heard, and understood. Over time, I realized I wanted to turn that passion into a career, which led me to pursue my master's in Social Work and begin my journey as a therapist.
My childhood experiences and friendships continue to guide my commitment to providing empathetic, supportive care, and I bring genuine warmth, curiosity, and compassion to each session because I believe that healing and growth happen through authentic connection. Ultimately, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as yourself while we work together toward the changes that matter most to you.
When I'm not working, you can usually find me at a workout class, baking, getting lost in a good book, or enjoying a walk outside. I love spending time with my loved ones, including my family dog, and I value finding joy in the simple moments and making time for the people and activities that help me recharge.
