As a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, developmental disorders, and relational challenges. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to heal, build resilience, and show up as your authentic self.

I believe in honoring each person’s unique experiences, which allows me to be a thoughtful and supportive partner while ensuring a warm, welcoming environment where you can be yourself. My style is collaborative and genuine, and tailored to your unique needs, goals, and life experiences. This patient-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach helps you feel safe, understood, and empowered.

While therapy can be deep and transformative, I also value authenticity and humor as meaningful parts of the healing process. My work as a therapist is grounded in a deep respect for each individual and the unique experiences that shape them. I’ve always believed in approaching therapy through a trauma-informed lens, honoring every person’s story and pace, allowing me to better create a welcoming, collaborative space where individuals feel safe, supported, and encouraged to show up as their true selves. 

 

Personal Interests 

Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking and baking; getting outside to hike, run, or ski; and catching live music when I can. I also love spending time with friends and making space for the people and activities that help me feel connected, grounded, and recharged.
