It was through this personal journey that my commitment for providing compassionate and practical care was born. In my sessions now, I use this perspective to bring empathy, curiosity, and a focus on building strengths and creating meaningful, sustainable change. 

 

Personal Interests 

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, exploring new places, cooking, and practicing self-care. I value balance and believe that small, meaningful moments play an important role in overall well-being.
