A year-long partnership between University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine and SOL Mental Health is reshaping how medical residents access mental health support, making therapy and psychiatric care easier, faster, and more tailored to the intense realities of residency training.
This initiative was designed to address burnout, work-related trauma, and the long-term well-being of physicians by removing barriers to care and matching trainees with clinicians who understand the pressures of medicine.
"We truly applaud CU Anschutz for being a leader in supporting the health and mental wellbeing of their residents,” says Lindsay Arnold Sugden, CEO of SOL Mental Health. “Every medical training program should take note.”
