Since graduating in 2023 with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I have worked in various private practice outpatient settings where I have specialized in treating adult women and men. I work well with those who might feel stuck in life, have trouble overcoming anxiety, are navigating life transitions, or wanting to heal from toxic relationships or childhood trauma.

When working together, clients can expect a compassionate, non-judgemental, collaborative approach, and a safe and supportive environment. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as IFS (internal family systems) and EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing therapy) to address trauma and build new self aware and compassionate ways of being. I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness based therapies and somatic therapy techniques for a holistic and tailored approach to managing anxiety, healing emotional pain and trauma, and creating a calm and regulated nervous system.

My therapeutic style is to meet you exactly where you are at, with gentleness and patience. I believe change is possible for everyone, but it is often the narratives, stories and unhealed traumas we have internalized that can make it difficult to move forward. In treatment I’ll help you learn to recognize these beliefs, to understand their roles, and cultivate self awareness, compassion, and create a harmonious internal system. While untangling it all may feel overwhelming right now, I’m ready to walk alongside you in your journey towards healing and growth.
