Whether you need help processing the long-term effects of a traumatic experience, dealing with grief over the end of a long-term relationship, or you are simply looking to connect more deeply with yourself or build your self-esteem, I provide the support you need. As a body-centered, holistic clinician, I help highly sensitive people of all backgrounds navigate the complexities of life, with a particular focus in supporting women and the LGBTQIA+ community. My goal, first and foremost, is to help you return home to yourself despite any internal and external challenges you may be facing.
Therapy is simply a space where you can get to empower and connect with yourself. I'm here to offer a compassionate, nonjudgemental space for you to take that journey.
I lead each session from a grounded place of compassion and empathy, staying warm, thoughtful, and open throughout our work together. Through therapeutic conversation, I help you uncover your own wisdom and internal guidance.
This personalized, holistic, integrative approach combines talk therapy with body-based practices to support your healing and self-discovery. Care may include Mindfulness, somatic and body-centered work, and yogic breathwork to help calm your nervous system. Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps create space to explore your feelings and heal from trauma, while Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) supports emotional resilience and regulation. All of this is in support of helping you reconnect with a deeper sense of yourself.
Outside the office, I enjoy yoga, writing, reading, collaging, and having long conversations with friends over tea.
