If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself, I’m here to help you navigate emotional challenges, relationship concerns, and major life transitions while building confidence and setting healthier boundaries.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) with more than 12 years of experience, I work with women and patients from all backgrounds as they navigate emotional challenges, stress, bipolar disorder, divorce and relationship concerns, domestic violence and trauma, major life transitions, self-esteem, and codependency.
I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic space where you feel heard, valued, and understood, and that foundation allows me to be a compassionate and empowering partner as you navigate challenges and achieve your goals. Together, we work toward gaining insight and creating meaningful change. Feel free to reach out by phone or email to schedule a consultation.
My approach is compassionate, practical, collaborative, and strengths-based, drawing on evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you better understand yourself and develop effective coping skills. No matter the method, I tailor care to your unique needs, experiences, and goals to create a space where you feel understood, empowered, and encouraged to grow.
Above all, I'm passionate about helping you build self-confidence, set healthy boundaries, and recognize your strengths so you leave feeling ready to manage challenges, improve relationships, and create lasting change in your life.
My path to becoming a therapist began with my early experiences supporting individuals and families through challenging circumstances. In high school, I had the opportunity to provide services through a domestic violence shelter, which sparked my passion for helping others feel supported, heard, and empowered. Throughout college, graduate school, and my professional career, I continued to expand my clinical experience through work in outpatient mental health, child welfare, domestic violence programs, and inpatient mental health settings.
These experiences have deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care. Along with my clinical experience, I bring a broad understanding of the challenges patients face and a genuine passion for helping others create positive change in each session.
I enjoy walking and hiking, painting, and getting lost in a good book, all activities that let me be creative, spend time outdoors, and slow down.
