Here to Help You Heal

As a clinical therapist with 5 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping adults and teenagers navigate the complex intersection of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive thoughts, substance use, life transitions, and the difficult process of reentering society after incarceration.

I'm passionate about guiding individuals through trauma-informed care, valuing the worth of each person, and focusing on strengths as they regain stability, rebuild relationships, and find purpose. I look forward to helping you move toward lasting emotional and personal growth in our work together.

My Approach to Care

Working together, you can expect a compassionate and empowering environment customized to your unique mental health challenges, life circumstances, and personal goals. My style is collaborative, empathic, and nonjudgmental, helping me become a trustworthy and sympathetic therapist throughout each session. Care may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ERP, motivational interviewing, and other approaches to help you build coping skills and foster meaningful change.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My passion for social work was shaped by watching a loved one struggle with mental health and addiction and seeing how a compassionate social worker helped them find stability and hope when our family felt lost. This firsthand experience deepened my commitment to providing kind, trauma-informed care that meets people where they are in the therapeutic setting, where I bring a grounded, empathetic perspective to each session, along with a deep respect for every patient’s resilience and lived experience.

Personal Interests

I love indulging on my creative side whenever possible! My hobbies outside the office include flipping Mid-Century Modern (MCM) furniture, tufting rugs and wall art, and making cards.
