Here to Help You Heal

Whether you’re seeking answers, support, or a new beginning, I provide comprehensive psychiatric care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults through both telehealth and in-person visits. That care includes the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and autism spectrum disorder.

Behind that care are four years of experience as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), along with 14 years of nursing experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in different hospital settings.

Dedicated to compassionate, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based care, I help patients achieve emotional wellness and reach their full potential. I partner with patients across all stages of life, providing personalized treatment in a supportive environment where healing and growth are possible. Together, we can create a path forward.

My Approach to Care

I’m passionate about building a trusting connection with each patient, creating a safe space where you feel heard, understood, respected, and empowered on your journey toward mental wellness.

Just as important is my belief in shared decision making with patients, so you can always expect personalized, judgment-free care in a supportive environment where you feel valued.

Drawing on my experience as an RN, CRNP, and PMHNP, I am committed to working collaboratively with you to understand your needs, develop an individualized treatment plan, and support you as you move toward healing, balance, and emotional well-being.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My journey into mental health began with my son’s struggles with mental health conditions, which inspired me to deepen my understanding so I could better support him. That experience of caring for a family member with mental health challenges inspired me to become a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. It taught me the importance of compassion, understanding, and access to quality mental health care, and has shaped my passion for helping others. It’s also why I strive to create a trusting connection with each patient.

Personal Interests

When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling and running – I’ve even run a couple of marathons. I also enjoy TV documentaries, especially about crime.
