I am a trauma-informed therapist who provides affirming care for all. Formerly a special education teacher, I worked in many environments with students who struggled with many different mental health issues in many different environments. This has led me to have a collaborative and practical approach to therapy. That allows us to explore through building on your strengths and fostering resilience making meaningful change.

I use compassion, empathy and directness to help people understand the unique intersection of learning, behavior, and emotional well-being. Creating a partnership with those I work with is important to seeing positive outcomes.

I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, members of the LGBTQIA+ community and those navigating through mood and anxiety disorders and neurodivergence. As a gay man, I understand the importance of having safe and affirming space to be able to open up without judgement and I strive to provide that in the therapeutic setting.
