As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) with 5 years’ experience, I specialize in gentle, insight-oriented, solution-focused therapy for adults, adolescents, and children navigating emotional regulation, problem solving, and coping skills. I am especially interested in child and adolescent development and family systems.
No matter the struggle, I am dedicated to ensuring compassionate and individualized care, which helps me be a thoughtful and attentive guide in each session. I look forward to building trust and exploring growth together with you as we work toward your goals.
I believe that healing happens in connection, through safety, and by understanding one's own strengths. I am committed to providing the supportive and empowering environment that allows this healing to take place, using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-based approaches to help you build self-awareness and practical coping skills.
My style is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in these evidenced-based practices, as I’m passionate about fostering the resilience that allows you to build healthy, adaptive coping skills at your own pace.
My career as a therapist began while working in a school-based setting providing therapy to elementary-school-aged children. Being a part of their growth and witnessing their healing journeys deepened my commitment to offering accessible, person-centered care for anyone in need. I use this dedication in my practice now, bringing a balance of patience and curiosity to each session while focusing on patients’ unique needs rather than societal expectations. My mission is to create a space where each person feels seen, heard, and respected in their growth.
In my free time, I enjoy showing off my creative side, from baking delicious treats to creating and learning new crafts. I also have two adorable furbabies who keep me busy!
