My Approach to Care

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when you feel safe enough to show up as your full, authentic self. Together, we'll explore the patterns, thoughts, and emotions that may be keeping you stuck, while also building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your own story. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), always tailoring our work to what feels most relevant and supportive for you.
