As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with experience in residential, day treatment, and outpatient care, I help adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, and related challenges.
I take a compassionate, collaborative, and practical approach so you can build coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and achieve personal wellness goals. I’m passionate about helping you gain insight and feel empowered in your recovery journey.
Working together, you can expect a safe and thought-provoking environment that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and motivational interviewing approaches to help foster lasting change. I believe in creating a space of respect, which allows me to be a warm, supportive partner in your growth, tailoring care to your unique needs and goals.
I look forward to helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, improving your ability to practice self-compassion and work toward valuable change.
My path toward therapeutic care began with a curiosity about how people make sense of challenges and discover resilience. This natural interest grew into a deep commitment to being fully invested in my patients’ care. Now, I remain dedicated to this passion, bringing transparency, balanced with warmth and gentleness, to each session.
Outside of patient care, I enjoy a wide range of hobbies for a well-rounded balance of fun and self-care! Spending quality time with friends and family is a must – and, of course, that includes time with my two cats. You’ll also often find me out and about, going on walks, exploring new restaurants and cuisines, reading at coffee shops, and visiting the beach in the summertime. When I do head back in, I love watching scary movies!
