As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I am experienced in working with adults and young adults who navigate anxiety, depression, disordered eating, family trauma, and life transitions. I support anyone seeking to understand patterns that impact their relationships and emotional well-being.
My style is warm and curious, and tailored to each person’s unique story and goals to foster insight, self-awareness, and resilience. If you are motivated to gain such insight, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and work toward lasting change through a collaborative therapeutic process, then I am here for you.
Working together, you can expect a compassionate and collaborative environment that incorporates psychodynamic approaches, with an emphasis on relational work and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help you deepen self-understanding and foster meaningful change. I believe in creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and accepted as you are, which is why my goal is to be a steady, compassionate partner as we navigate life challenges together. I look forward to helping you build self-trust, find balance, build a stronger sense of self and more adaptive ways of relating to others, and move toward lasting change.
My path to becoming a therapist began with a genuine curiosity about people’s stories and what helps them heal. Over time, I’ve seen how powerful it can be when someone feels truly heard and understood. That’s why I aim to bring warmth, authenticity, and curiosity to each session, helping patients feel safe enough to explore and grow at their own pace.
Outside the office, I enjoy a wide range of hobbies that keep me active and grounded. These include reading, yoga and exercise, traveling, and, of course, spending lots of time with loved ones.
