I aim to create a therapeutic space that feels safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental, where you can show up as you are. My work is trauma-informed, and I place a strong emphasis on mindfulness, self-understanding, and practical coping tools you can actually use in daily life.
I draw from a mix of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET).
I have a lot of experience working with young adults in particular, and I really enjoy supporting people through periods of transition, growth, and self-discovery.
Together, we’ll work toward building self-esteem, strengthening relationships, and helping you feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.
