Here to Help You Heal

Are you or your loved ones feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or uncertain about the future? Are you navigating relationship challenges, work or school stress, major life transitions, family dynamics, self-esteem concerns, or difficulty managing your emotions? Or, maybe you simply feel like something isn't quite right, but aren't sure how to make sense of it.

My goal as a licensed master social worker is to help you better understand yourself and what you’re experiencing, develop healthy coping skills, build confidence, and work toward a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with who you are. My specialties include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation for children, adolescents, and adults.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you're not even sure where to begin. You don't need to have the right words, a clear plan, or everything figured out before reaching out. If you're ready to better understand yourself, work through what's been weighing on you, or simply have someone in your corner, I'd be happy to take that first step with you. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel supported enough to be honest, understood enough to feel less alone, and empowered enough to create the changes you're looking for.

My Approach to Care

Therapy with me is warm, authentic, and collaborative, as I'm passionate about building a genuine therapeutic relationship and getting to know you as a whole person, not just the challenges that brought you to therapy. I'll meet you where you are, listening with curiosity and empathy while working collaboratively with you to determine what feels most helpful.

I want therapy to feel like a place where you can take a breath and be completely yourself. You are the expert on your own life; my role is to walk alongside you, offer a different perspective, help you notice patterns, and support you in figuring out what you want and how to get there. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, though I tailor our work to your personality, experiences, and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we turn insight into practical tools and move toward meaningful healing.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My path to becoming a therapist began with a simple desire: to be the person I once needed. Growing up, I often wished I had someone I could talk to who would truly listen, help me make sense of what I was experiencing, and remind me that I didn't have to figure everything out on my own. That experience shaped the kind of therapist I wanted to become.

Today, I bring that same belief into my work with patients. I want you to feel genuinely heard and understood, not judged, rushed, or defined by the reason you came to therapy. Building a real relationship with my patients is at the heart of my work, and I approach each person with empathy, curiosity, and authenticity.

Personal Interests

Outside of therapy, you'll usually find me going on walks, practicing yoga or Pilates, reading, cooking, traveling, trying new restaurants, or spending time with my friends and family. I love exploring new places, trying new things, and finding little ways to make everyday life feel special. I also value staying active and making time for the people and experiences that keep me grounded, connected, and uplifted.
