Here to Help You Heal

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privilege (LMHC-D) and six years of experience, I specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, sports and performance, personal growth, self-esteem, trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and substance misuse. I work with adolescents, teens, and young adults navigating mental health concerns and the challenges that come with this season of life.

No matter your struggles, I believe in creating a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship, one grounded in the recognition that every person carries their own unique strengths and capacity for growth. That belief shapes how I show up for you: as a compassionate, empowering, and supportive partner. Together, we'll build confidence and resilience, achieve meaningful goals, and develop the skills you need to cultivate greater well-being and fulfillment, both personally and professionally.

My Approach to Care

My approach is patient-centered, collaborative, and authentically tailored to you. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and strength-based therapy to create a space where you can explore challenges, recognize your inherent strengths, enhance self-awareness, and build the resilience needed for meaningful, lasting change.

Every person I work with brings their own unique needs, experiences, and goals — and the direction of our work reflects that. Whether you're working toward personal, academic, professional, or performance goals, I tailor my style accordingly, in a safe and empowering environment grounded in a genuine belief in your ability to grow.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My path to becoming a therapist began with my own experience in therapy during high school, when I had an incredible therapist who helped me grow, develop greater self-awareness, and navigate challenges. The impact of that work rippled across many areas of my life.

Through those personal experiences, and through watching the effect mental health had on friends and family members, I came to understand how truly transformative therapy can be. That understanding deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that empowers individuals to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Now, I bring authenticity, empathy, and a genuine belief in each person's capacity for growth to every session.

Personal Interests

When I'm not in session, I enjoy reading, baking, crafting, and cooking. I also love going to concerts and sporting events, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and my niece and nephew.
