Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling unlike yourself, my goal is to help you better understand your experiences, regain a sense of balance, and feel empowered to move forward.
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) offering compassionate, evidence-based, and integrative mental health care to adults and adolescents facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Seeking mental health care can feel vulnerable, and so my hope is to create a trusting partnership where you feel comfortable being yourself and confident taking meaningful steps toward feeling better.
I believe true healing begins with understanding the whole person. That’s why I pair thoughtful medication management with a holistic understanding of mental health, recognizing the important connections between physical health, emotional well-being, lifestyle, and personal experiences.
Here, you can expect a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and respected throughout the process. I value open communication, shared decision-making, and individualized treatment, taking the time to understand your unique experiences, concerns, and goals.
Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I spent six years as a registered nurse in oncology and emergency medicine. Caring for people during some of their most vulnerable moments taught me the importance of compassion, human connection, and seeing the person beyond the diagnosis. My own experience navigating the mental health care system alongside loved ones further deepened my appreciation for how meaningful it is to find a clinician who listens and understands. Together, these experiences have shaped my commitment to thoughtful, individualized care rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, reading, cooking, and finding opportunities to slow down and appreciate life’s simple pleasures.
