As an LMSW with experience helping adolescents and individuals, I specialize in guiding those struggling with mood and personality disorders, stress, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and empowering to help you gain insight, strengthen confidence, and explore new perspectives that support growth and healing.
I support individuals who are looking for guidance as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change. This may include concerns such as impulsivity, past or current trauma, depression, anxiety, or relationship struggles. I strive to create a space where patients can explore their experiences, build insight, and grow at their own pace toward a more fulfilling future.
Working together, you can expect a safe environment where you are empowered to grow into the best version of yourself. I use evidence-based practices and a person-centered approach to help you feel understood and make meaningful change, remaining flexible at all times so each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
I believe in empathy and understanding from our first meeting and beyond, allowing me to be a supportive partner who ensures you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore challenges and grow.
I understand how heavy life can feel at times. Through my own struggles navigating issues with mental health, I’ve learned the value of compassion, resilience, and having a safe space to be heard. This perspective led me to my career as a therapist, where I could use my personal experience to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment so patients can explore their struggles, discover new strengths, and build tools for healing and growth.
When I’m not helping patients rediscover their joy, I take great pleasure in reading, exploring creative outlets like mindfulness coloring or journaling, and spending time with friends. I’m always curious to try new things—whether it’s a new recipe, a local café, or a trend that sparks my interest—and finding little ways to make everyday life more meaningful.
