Here to Help You Heal

If you’re white-knuckling through a life you didn’t plan for, I can help you finally unclench your jaw and catch your breath. I work with people of all backgrounds, with a particular focus on high-achieving adults and couples. Specializing in grief, trauma, disability, chronic and acquired illness, and neurodivergence, I help you build a life that truly feels like yours.

You might look like you have it all together while quietly running on empty. Maybe you’re navigating loss, health changes, or your own impossibly high expectations, and you’re done merely surviving. Here, you’ll have space to process what’s happened.

Therapy should feel like a conversation with a trusted human, not a clinical procedure. Rather than fix you from across the room, I’ll sit in the mess with you. I look forward to helping you make room for your needs, not just your expectations.

My Approach to Care

My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, while also being a place of support for survivors of domestic violence. I keep things warm, direct, and human, offering space to process grief and trauma, navigate change, and find practical ways forward. Expect a relaxed space with room for both laughter and the tough stuff, sometimes in the same session. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and practical coping skills are just part of how I tailor our work to your needs and goals.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

As a wheelchair user, I profoundly understand what it means to live a life you didn’t plan for. I don’t assume I know your story, but I do know what it costs to rebuild one. That understanding and lived experience come with me into every session.

Personal Interests

I’m a dumpling enthusiast and bibliophile (I really, really love books) who adds five new books to my “to-be-read” list for every one I finish.
