With more than 10 years of experience as a trauma-certified clinician, I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, nervous system regulation, and life transitions, helping them better manage emotions, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident navigating daily life.
Therapy should be a collaborative process, and the patient is always the expert in their own life. You can trust that I’ll guide you to heal yourself using person-centered care and strength-based support tailored to your needs.
As an Advanced Trauma Certification, Level One provider, I help patients make peace with the past. It’s my greatest honor to be a witness to my patients, all parts of them: the messy, the hurt, the joy, and the healed. Sessions with me are spacious and down-to-earth, allowing for the full spectrum of the human experience.
To support that full range of experience, I draw on both top-down and bottom-up modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment trauma work, Mindfulness, and Trauma-Informed Yoga (TIY).
After years of living in disconnection from my body and with paralyzing anxiety, I gained ease within myself through psychotherapy, creating stillness and nourishing my mind, body, and soul. Diving headfirst into the thing that scared me most, myself, I was able to meet the parts of myself that were causing the dis-ease from within.
Outside of session, you'll find me teaching yoga and Mindfulness, playing with floral design, weightlifting and attending movement classes, playing and cuddling with my puppy, Butters, trying delicious coffee, and overthinking the human experience.
