Here to Help You Heal

I’m a dedicated mental health clinician with 10 years of experience in stress management and emotional regulation. While I work with adults of all backgrounds, I am particularly focused on those in high-stress careers, such as teachers, doctors, nurses, and other mental health providers, to help you navigate the day-to-day challenges of your work and life.

With a strong awareness of the impact each member of our community has on emotional well-being, I hope to be the comforting, impactful clinician who helps you grow your healthy impact on others as a leader, healer, and educator in our society today. I look forward to building a sustainable work-life balance with you through our therapeutic alliance.

My Approach to Care

My approach is strength-based, trauma-informed, and goal-oriented, drawing on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to help you move through whatever stands between you and the goals you're working toward. Together, we'll build a validating and empowering environment, one where you can find the sound mind and sense of peace that so often gets pushed aside in high-demand caregiving careers.

The way we get there depends on you. I tailor each session to your unique therapeutic language, whether that's painting, music, meditation, or talk, so the work fits how you process the world. Healing the healers is my passion, and helping you find that peace is how I hope to support you in continuing to show up for the people who count on you.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My path to becoming a therapist began when I was hired to provide therapy to patients in a range of settings, including crisis centers, residential treatment facilities, juvenile correction camps, and public schools. While providing the services I was hired to complete, I recognized a huge void in support for the employees who kept these environments productive despite the day-to-day demands of their careers and home lives.

By the time I became a clinician in public and nonpublic schools, I was spending a third of my day in services with teachers and other staff members. This experience deepened my commitment to providing nonjudgmental stress-management therapy to professionals in these high-need careers.

Personal Interests

I enjoy walks in nature, swimming, going to the gym, listening to music, and creating various forms of art in my free time.
