As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I help adults navigate a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD, and other concerns. Whether you’re seeking greater stability, improved daily functioning, or a better understanding of your mental health, I work with you to identify your needs, develop realistic treatment goals, and find an individualized approach that helps you feel and function your best.
I believe in meeting you where you are and creating a partnership built on trust, respect, and open communication. My goal is to help you feel supported and empowered to make informed decisions about your mental health, and look forward to working together toward these meaningful, realistic goals that help you feel your best.
I specialize in psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults facing a wide range of mental health concerns. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based, built on the belief that treatment should be individualized to each person. That means taking the time to listen, understand you as a whole person, and work together to find a plan that feels both comfortable and achievable.
You can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard and involved in your own care. My style is approachable, and I encourage open communication and shared decision-making, tailoring treatment to your unique needs, preferences, and goals so you can build practical strategies for improving your mental health and overall quality of life.
My path to becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner grew from caring for patients in a variety of healthcare settings as a former COVID ICU nurse, outpatient oncology nurse, and contract nurse on various Native American reservations. Through that work, I was able to directly observe how deeply mental health impacts overall well-being. I bring a warm, nonjudgmental approach to my work now, striving to help you feel comfortable, heard, and involved in your care.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, singing, playing cozy games, and watercolor painting. These hobbies give me a chance to relax, be creative, and recharge.
