Here to Help You Heal
Being there for individuals who are facing mental health challenges and helping them heal is incredibly rewarding. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I am honored to walk alongside you in your own journey toward a richer and more fulfilling life, offering you a decade of diverse experience in healthcare, including eight in mental health. I work with individuals ages 18+, and particularly enjoy working with LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and immigrant populations.
Specialties range from home health, substance detox, outpatient clinic, and inpatient care of acute psychiatric disorders to commonly occurring psychiatric disorders. These include depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), illness anxiety (formerly known as hypochondriasis), insomnia, ADHD, bipolar spectrum, and schizophrenia spectrum.

I believe in meeting you exactly where you’re at on your path to greater mental wellness, which means making realistic and achievable recommendations tailored to you and your specific needs. My approach is focused on listening, asking relevant questions, and guiding you in a warm environment. I look forward to getting things done, together.

Like many, I've faced my own mental health challenges and witnessed loved ones struggle as well. These experiences drive my passion for mental health care now, as they've given me a profound understanding of the journey toward healing to better guide you along your own path.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and am a big fan of action movies – the John Wick franchise is my favorite.
