Here to Help You Heal

As a mental health therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals in environments shaped by ongoing performance pressure and responsibility, who are experiencing stress, burnout, identity development, and life transitions. I have particular experience working with current and former athletes, artists, and creatives, as well as adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and challenges with emotional regulation. My work is rooted in the belief that healing and growth are about reclaiming the strength, clarity, and resilience that already exist within you.

My Approach to Care

I offer a collaborative, grounded, and culturally responsive space where you can show up as you are. My style is compassionate, adaptive, and engaged, meeting you where you are while supporting you in moving toward meaningful change.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I integrate creative and body-based approaches for clients who feel that insight alone has not been enough. I take an integrative approach, drawing from expressive arts, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, visualization and imagery, CBT, ACT, and Narrative Therapy, while also working from a liberation-based lens that honors identity, lived experience, and the broader systems that shape them. Together, we work to build self-awareness, process trauma, manage anxiety, and develop practical tools to navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, and agency.

Areas of Focus

I support individuals working through:
   ● PTSD and complex trauma
   ● Major depressive disorder (MDD)
   ● Anxiety (including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and panic disorder)
   ● Grief and loss
   ● ADHD and neurodivergence
   ● Burnout, stress, and chronic illness
   ● Emotional dysregulation and identity exploration

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by lived experiences with identity, grief, high-performance work and school environments, life transitions, and chronic medical challenges. I also bring a diverse background as a Division I collegiate athlete, experience in high school coaching, a history in art direction, and personal engagement in the performing arts.
Having worked in high-demand environments, I understand the pressures of sustaining performance while managing internal challenges. I continue to engage in ongoing training, most recently in psychodrama, which informs my use of experiential approaches that support clients in exploring patterns and processing experiences in experiential ways. These experiences allow me to offer care that is empathetic, restorative, and focused on strengthening insight, psychological flexibility, and shifts in patterns and responses.

Personal Interests

Outside of my work, I enjoy staying connected in community through movement and creativity. You can often find me thrifting, traveling, running, dancing, or co-facilitating community events. During quieter moments, I enjoy writing, reflecting, reading, and curating delightfully specific music playlists.
