We're accepting new couples as early as this week.SOL Mental Health has couples therapists in Fort Collins, in person and by video. Whether you're facing communication challenges, navigating conflict, or seeking to strengthen your relationship, our compassionate therapists are here to support you and your partner.
Couples Therapy aims to provide perspective shifts through examining past experiences, thought patterns and behaviors. In therapy, you have the undivided attention of an expert therapist who will actively listen and deliver care plans tailored to you and your partner's needs. Through open and honest conversations, therapy enables you to identify and address patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that may be holding your relationship back. Couples therapy is offered to adult partners in committed, long-term relationships.
