“My path to becoming a therapist began with a desire to help those who felt like they didn’t
know how to help themselves and who seek to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and
how they relate to the world around them. From personal experience, I recognize the value in
having a support system, someone to navigate life’s uncertainties with, and someone to be an
advocate for you. Each experience as a Social Worker and utilizing treatment modalities like
Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy has
helped strengthen my skills in being the support system I always strive to be for others.
I believe that everyone is capable of change and deserving of a happy and healthy life. Everyone
goes through times when they need support- some problems are too difficult to solve alone. I am
here to help."
